Find out more about the person behind the elf.

I’m Alison, The Safety Elf

People often ask me what makes me so passionate about what I do, because you don’t have to spend long in my company to see that I truly love it!

The answer is simple – what I do makes a positive difference to people, and that is a value I seek to embody in every aspect of my life. I feel so lucky to be able to do this every day!

I love exploding people’s expectations about health and safety, posture and ergonomics by making it approachable and fun.

I am based in the Midlands, and I work all over the UK and virtually.

I bring my passion and energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude

I work with all sizes of businesses, and with individuals too -  if you need my expertise, I want to help.

Introducing the Elves

Your business is only as healthy as the health and wellbeing of the individuals within it - whatever metric you use (absence, injury, stress and anxiety, pain scales, productivity, engagement etc). That is why there are different elves (and pixies) to focus on different aspects of support for businesses and individuals.

If you need support with health and safety

Introducing the Pixies

I wish I knew everything about everything, but few people can, so instead I work with carefully chosen and trusted associates – also known as The Pixies.

My associates have specialisms that complement mine and enable me to offer a much wider base of skills, knowledge and experience than one Elf alone can.
